Do you have any idea how much bottled water you drink? In a day, a week, a month, a year? Dining staff purchasing does. 20,000 cases of 24 bottles purchased last year, not including ones bought from vending machines. That’s about 480,000 plastic bottles scattered around campus, just in the last school year, just from food courts and those little kiosks.
The next question is, what happens to them all?
